A Strict Process for Selecting Tenants

Our Zero Tolerance For Rent Arrears
Rental money must be paid in time and in full each month. We have clearly outlined the consequences in full, should a tenant fail to pay the rental due on time. The consequences can include tribunal action, lodgement on a database for tenant-defaults or eviction. We always ensure these legal notices are sent on time.
